BigBot Store earns revenue three ways: special-order sales we broker directly, aftermarket products we'll sell as the catalog opens, and affiliate commissions on some outbound links to manufacturers and retailers.
When you click a "check price" link and buy something, the seller may pay us a percentage. This costs you nothing and does not change the price you pay. In accordance with FTC guidelines, assume any outbound link to a seller may be an affiliate link.
What commissions never buy
- Placement in our comparisons or cost tables — those are ordered by data (usually price), not payout.
- A spec, price, or verdict. The data pipeline and the revenue are separate; most of our outbound links currently pay us nothing at all.
- Silence about a product's problems. If a machine has a one-hour battery, the spec plate says so.
